WWW.GROWMAX.BIZ's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and WWW.GROWMAX.BIZ. Any person filling this form online shall become a Distributor upon the acceptance of this application. He/she shall have the right to promote the products marketed by GROWMAX in accordance with the Business Logic and the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the company.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai (Maharashtra) Court only.

He/She must understand and agree that his/her status as a distributor in the Business Logic of company is valid for fifteen months commencing from the date of acceptance of his/her application/ enrollment as a distributor and shall be renewed each year on payment such amount as Rs.3000/- decided by GROWMAX from time to time. The procedure of renewal must be completed by a Distributor before one month from the date of expiry of his validate login. This renewal period may be asked to be renewed before the period of fifteen months, if the structure as per the business logic of GROWMAX is achieved.

Company reserves the right to pay the reward under Award Scheme either by cheque or in kind. T.D.S. and all other taxes and levies shall be deducted as applicable.
